Common asked questions.

As we start to get busier we have some common questions people have been asking.  So check it out we have some FAQ's for you's.

Q. How many people does the Studio side hold?
A. Seated at tables comfortably the studio will hold 40 if it is classroom style, 30 with an open square.

Q. What about just seated at chairs? how many people can you hold?
A. Currently seated at chairs with no tables we can hold up to 60.

Q. Can you hold a cocktail style reception?
A. Yes, However all food and drink needs to be from a commercial kitchen or served by an OLCC server.

Q. How many people can be in the space if it is cocktail style?
A.  Roughly 60, it will depend mostly on how you want the room set up and if you want high ball tables.

Q.  What all is included with my rental?
A. The space, tables and chairs for the designated set up are all included.  Linens are provided for business meetings.

Q. How far out do I need to book my event?
A. As soon as you have a date it is best to get in touch with us and we can check our availability.

Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. we prefer Check but are willing to send you an invoices online to pay thru square.

Q. What are your rates?
A. Studio rates are $50/hour and Lobby (or the small conference room) is $25/hr.

Q. Can I rent the Lobby?
A. Yes, for events of less than 10 at the conference table or less than 15 for a standing event, you can rent the lobby.

Q. Can I rent desk space to work?
A. YES, we have a 6 hour package that you can get and use your hours in increments of 1 hour at a time.

Q. What comes with the desk space rental?
A. access to our phone, printer, copier, WIFI and a quiet place to work
